Legalisation Documents

Suffolk Chamber legalises export documents such as Arab Certificates of Origin or United Kingdom Certificates of origin every day. However, we can also legalise many other documents you may require whether it be for shipping purposes or other matters.

If we are unable to legalise documents ourselves, then we can advise you on partners based in Suffolk and through the accredited Global Business Network who will be able to assist you.

Please note that some Embassies can take up to 4 weeks to complete the legalisation process. You should be advised to build this delay into your documentation schedule.

The Embassy will require payment from the chamber to legalise documents. Therefore, please provide payment at the same time as you submit the required documentation to us.

Translation Services

Chamber Translation Services cover all areas of translation, interpreting, language training including alternative formats such as British Sign Language and Braille. 

The service, provided by Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, has been operating for more than 30 years and is the British Chambers of Commerce approved supplier. During this time the service has built up a trusted professional resource pool, which means that most language combinations are covered.

The translators specialise in all areas and subject matters, offering advice on all language requirements when needed.  They can provide translations of an endless range of documents and websites including legal, technical and commercial material.
