The Suffolk Business Ambassadors programme is a Suffolk Chamber initiative delivered in partnership with Suffolk Economy. Since its creation and launch in 2014, we have recruited over 200 high profile business leaders and professionals to become Suffolk Business Ambassadors.
The Suffolk Business Ambassadors are an invited network of business leaders and experts across all sectors who have come together to promote the county’s strengths, demonstrating why Suffolk is a great place to live, work and invest.
Our ambassadors support the growth of Suffolk businesses which is vital to the county’s economic development. With their support we are able to showcase Suffolk as an attractive place to do business, by promoting the vast range of companies already located here, as well as sharing opportunities and best practice within the wider business community.

What it means to be a Suffolk Business Ambassador
Ambassadors are invited to sign up to our pledge to:

Attend Ambassador invitation only events where diaries allow

Showcase their business if called upon and act as a host for a behind-the-scenes event

Speak on behalf of Suffolk Economy and champion Suffolk at future events they attend

Showcase their attendance at ambassador events via social media and their business network

Recommend others to Suffolk Chamber of Commerce who may benefit from joining the programme

Attend any Suffolk economy inward delegations that are appropriate for their sector
